Successful collaboration between CFR Partners in the UK and Germany
We are pleased to have recently been able to support one of our UK clients, a manufacturer of cold rollformed steel products, to build a presence in the German market.
A successful Executive Search project managed locally by our partner in Düsseldorf, resulted in our client recruiting 2 Regional Sales Managers, both newly created roles, to win new accounts in the construction and industrial markets.
The project, comprising briefing, research, Consultant interviews, 2 rounds of Client interviews and negotiations with candidates was completed within 8 weeks. A great example of the strength of the CFR network.
